Booking
How do I get a window cleaning quote?+
Getting a quote is easy! Visit our online quote tool at azwindowshine.com/quote for an instant estimate, or call/text us at (623) 462-3312. Just tell us your home’s square footage and number of stories, and we’ll give you an exact price.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking 3–7 days in advance for the best availability. During our busy season (October–March), booking 1–2 weeks ahead is ideal. We do accommodate same-week requests when possible.
What is your cancellation policy?+
We understand plans change! We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a small fee as our team has already reserved the time for your appointment.
What are your hours of operation?+
We operate Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM. We’re closed on Sundays. Early morning appointments are popular in summer to beat the Arizona heat!
Arizona-Specific
How often should I have my windows cleaned in Arizona?+
We recommend every 3–6 months due to Arizona’s unique dust, pollen, and hard water buildup. Homes near construction, on golf courses, or in areas with heavy irrigation may need more frequent cleaning. Quarterly service is the most popular choice.
Do you work during monsoon season?+
Yes, we work year-round! During monsoon season (June–September), we monitor weather closely and will reschedule if storms are expected. Many customers actually schedule cleanings right after monsoon season to remove dust and debris buildup.
Is it too hot for window cleaning in Phoenix summers?+
Our team is experienced working in Arizona heat. We schedule summer appointments in the early morning (7–9 AM starts) and take proper heat precautions. Clean windows also help your AC work more efficiently by letting in clear light instead of filtering through grime.
What areas do you serve?+
We serve the entire Phoenix West Valley including Peoria (our home base), Glendale, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Sun City, Sun City West, El Mirage, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Tolleson, Youngtown, Waddell, Anthem, Fountain Hills, Cave Creek, Scottsdale, and more.
