How does the 50/50 split work?
You receive 50% of the job revenue plus 100% of any tips. We handle all payment processing and pay you weekly via direct deposit (Stripe).
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes, general liability insurance is required. If you don't have it yet, we can point you to affordable options. Most cleaners pay $50-100/month.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Phoenix West Valley - Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Sun City, and surrounding areas. Jobs are clustered by location to minimize drive time.
Can I keep my own customers?
Yes! We don't restrict you from running your own business. However, customers you service through us are our customers (non-solicitation agreement).
How much can I earn?
It depends on your availability and speed. Active partners doing 3-4 jobs/day can earn $1,000-2,000+ per week. The more you work, the more you earn.
Is this W-2 or 1099?
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You're responsible for your own taxes and can write off business expenses.
